Transformational Teaching with Albanians for Albanians
We recently hosted a multi-week online course for Albanian Christian leaders. Our friends Afrim and Lavdi, leaders of the ministry Albanian Digital Connections (ADC), translated Apollos Training videos into Albanian. Albanian Christians have very few resources to help them grow in leadership and ministry skills, so ADC works to develop and offer useful tools and training.
Apollos Training & ADC worked together to design a course to equip Albanian leaders to effectively teach the people they serve. Throughout the course participants sent in feedback and reflections on what they were learning. It was encouraging to hear how they adjusted their teaching strategies each week and saw immediate impact with their learners. At the end of the course we offered an in-person option in Tirana, Albania. It was recorded for those who weren’t able to join us.
We are prayerful that God will continue to move among Albanians, drawing people to Christ and equipping Albanian Christians for the sake of His Church! We were honored to partner with Afrim and Lavdi and Albanian Digital Connectiosn in serving Albanians.
